Objectives
To acquire some theoretical knowledge and practical experience of selected topics in bioinformatics.
Content
The mornings will be dedicated to theory, and the afternoons to exercises.
Topics covered will include
- data sources
- sequence analysis
- genome assembly
- phylogenetics
NOTE: A basic knowledge of Unix/Linux is strongly recommended

Travel expenses : participants of the Interuniversity doctoral program in organismal biology (University of Neuchâtel) are eligible for reimbursement of incurred travel expenses by train (half-fare card, and 2nd class).
