• Aim: Continuing education on leasing, especially teaching basic knowledge relating to rental contracts and Swiss jurisprudence, both federal and cantonal.  
• Target audience: Lease Law practitioners: judges, lawyers, notaries, property managers, representatives of lease-related conciliation services, representatives of tenants’ and owners’ associations.  
• Length: one and a half days (Friday all day and Saturday morning); this seminar takes place biennially, in two identical sessions.
• Location: Aula des Jeunes-Rives, University of Neuchâtel 
• Registration fee: CHF 380.00. This covers participation in all of the talks, as well as the materials used (including a volume comprising the speakers’ written contributions).
• Meals / coffee breaks: Friday’s lunch, as well as coffee during scheduled breaks, are provided free of charge.
